Never tried rugby before or have played in the past, here at Helensburgh every ability is welcome to come along and try rugby out. This year we are aiming to reestablish a women’s & girls section at the club. Why don’t you come along to get fit, try a new sport and meet new friends. The open day is from 1400 until 1600, with a bbq afterwards
