Weather: The Halloween Trail will take place outdoors. We won’t stop or cancel an event due to weather unless absolutely necessary, so bring an umbrella, wrap up warm and enjoy! If the event goes ahead we won’t refund tickets.

Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only offered under the very exceptional circumstances of a cancelled event. In this case money will be refunded via the original payment method.
