John Muir Way 10th Anniversary walk – Helensburgh to Balloch with Helensburgh & West Dunbartonshire Ramblers. A walk along the John Muir Way from Helensburgh to Balloch to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the opening of the long-distance footpath from Dunbar to Helensburgh.

John Muir Celebration at Balloch Castle Country Park – Join us in celebrating 10 years of the John Muir Way, a trail spanning Central Scotland. Find out more about John Muir and his love for nature and the world around us and enjoy some self-led family activities as you walk along part of the John Muir Way that passes through the park. Sunday 21 April 11:00 – 14:00, Free event, All welcome, No booking required, just turn up. The start of the trail is close to Balloch town centre at the Moss O’ Balloch.
