Helensburgh Art Club
Helensburgh Art Club was founded to encourage and develop interest in the visual arts and crafts in Helensburgh and District.
Helensburgh Art Club currently have over 200 members who range from total beginners to experienced artists with wide ranging portfolios for painting, drawing and sculpture. They have a programme of workshops, lectures and demonstrations, held on Thursday evenings in Helensburgh Sailing Club. The Portrait Group meets in the Helensburgh Tennis Club.
They hold one main exhibition and two one day sales a year at the Victoria Halls for the display and sale of members work, the largest being the Annual Exhibition in August. Close links are also maintained with other groups in the community.
